General

The General Terms and Conditions of Play at Slaep apply to all the offers, orders, products, agreements and deliveries of Play at  Slaep. By ordering an product you agree to these conditions.

Agreement and Order

The agreement becomes binding at the time you place your order in the online order form. After you paid, Play at Slaep will process your order, with exceptions for pre-order which will be processed after re-stock. To confirm your order you will receive an e-mail to the e-mail address you provided. Images from the website can be slightly different from reality.

Pricing and Content

All prices of the items are displayed in Euro and including VAT and excluding shipping costs.

Play at Slaep has the right to change text and images on the website, without giving notice first.

Shipping

We will always try to ship your products as fast as we can after your order comes in. We ship within 3-4 after you place your order but be aware of holidays which we communicate on our homepage for your reference and shipping dates when you order an item that is a pre-order. If you place an order that contains a pre-order we will send all items at once. 

Orders shipped internationally may incur duties and taxes which are applied by customs. The responsibility for any custom duties, foreign taxes or other fees which may be imposed rest with the customer. Please contact your local customs office for more information regarding taxes and duties payable in your region.

Exchange and returns

We always want you to be completely satisfied with your Play at Slaep item. if you're not, for any reason, you wish to return or exchange the item within 14 days after purchase.

The return of an article is not possible when the article:
  • is in damaged state
  • is worn and/or used
  • Custom-made items like our wallpaper that are not sold as standard in our webshop are excluded from return. Wallpaper cannot be returned when it is produced especially for you.

  • Your order number
  • Your name and e-mail address

You will receive an e-mail confirmation after sending us your filled in return form. We will fulfill the refund within 14 days after receiving the returned item on the same way you payed your order with.

* Products in Sale can not be returned nor refunded,
** All returned shipping costs, are the responsibility of the customer. 

Guarantee

From a legal point of view, you are obliged to report this to us within two months after the defect has been confirmed.
If the defect falls within the warranty, we will take care of repair or replacement free of charge.
